Reception - very poor in greeting patients. Didn ot get how can I help you? Just very curt, rude initial point needs to be friendly.

Suggested improvements
Greeted patients with a friendly, greeting not just name address etc. These was no hello. Very poor!!! No communication from nurses!!!
