Pleasant welcoming and helpful all things considered I would have no complaint over 5+6 day stay.

The small amount of food I was able to eat but hardly warm.

My wife Sabeehah Saleq and I have been here since 10:45am, she has not been able to drink any water or swallow any food due to her throat condition worsening for the past 8 hours, I approached the head nurse hear who sharply assumed I was asking about the waiting time, then when I told her of my wife's condition she asserted SHE CAN DRINK, with no care or concern, she did not see or check on my wife. She assumed my wife's state and I have this recorded. It is 8:16pm and I still have no update on this.
Suggested improvements
We haven't been treated like humans, we appreciate there is a strike but there is no regard for her health

Excellent care by nurses and doctors ,just long wait in-between, spent 16 hours there ,it was at night and we were told that there was only one doctor in majors.
Suggested improvements
I understand it,s just the volume of patients to the amount of staff.
