I could not fault the treatment i received, either medicalky, or otherwise. I was trested with compassion and respect throughout.

When my apooiappt came to an end, and I was ready to leave, there was a delay before staff were available to remove a cannula, however when the doctor became aware of this, he personally apologised for the delsy, and I was soon on my way home.

Nurses run off feet they do the best

Para medics did initial irrigation I had to ask for dressing before discharge this was badly managed Told to go to gp for dressing which they don't do any more Only then iwas told to go Barking for follow up.I have had considerable discomfort through badly managed treatment at Queens A&E

Because the nurses should respect and give right answers to the patient. Its looks they doing their jobs just because they need money, but not because they like what they doing. I lost consciousness from the pain and they said we soon gonna give you painkillers, but they forgot me!!! I been keep asking for help see doctors, they said I'm in the queue 4. And then I've been waiting for 14hours...

Waiting hours should be less. Staff should give right information.

From my first appointment everything was dealt with promptly and with care by everyone which made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

When attending the pre admission checks I had a blood test and then had to go to another department to have further tests. Would have been easier and less stressful if these were all undertaken in one area. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

It was not assessed and did not involve a transparent assessment. Not physically examined by Dr or consultant and was unprofessional conduct and inaccurate recording of clinical assessment.

I waited 3 hours to get a scan and nobody was coming and I went straight to ultrasound amd the people there told me that nobody from urology called them to say that I am here and waiting

This was a return visit for the same reason. I had been in two weeks earlier. This time I had added complications and was admitted. The staff helped ease my symptoms immediately and gave me relief. The time taken was perhaps a little excessive but I understand blood test take a while. To have free sandwiches and drinks quite regularly during the day is fantastic and a godsend. Still think you need to weed out the silly ones and send them on their way instead of pandering to them.

Quicker turnaround. I was there 15 hours before being admitted. More comfortable chairs. My condition meant sitting on those chairs was painful. Keep people updated more often. Employ more staff. Your system is creaking at the seams. It’s only your fantastic staff that keeps it working. Validate parking for all patients that are admitted it was not right that I should have to pay almost £72 for parking.
