The nurses and HCA's are the best. They always smile, always help and never say no to helping you. They genuinely care and that was a massive credit to the war.
Suggested improvements
Hire more people like Joyce, Joyce A, Ola, Henri, Solo, Leila, Rose Haji and John. (Sorry is missed names of anyone else who looked after me).

My daughter is mentally disable, she needs treatment as soon as possible but almost it took 15 hours to start the treatment. They were treating us like my daughter is normal but she needs some special treatment.
Suggested improvements
Please provide special physilities for special/disable childs.

I most commend Danielle (nurse), Vinay (nurse) and Elizabeth (HCA), for providing excellent care and for their professionalism all throughout. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
I am really happy with the overall treatment from the nurses. However, I would like Nimmi to show more professionalism in her work. A situation with food to happened, which was not targeted at her at all, as lonely brought it to her attention, but she took it personal her reaction to me for the rest of my stay, was cold, disrespectful and unbearing of a nurse. I am sure the RCN and CQC, it informed was frown on this.
