The Dr. was very professional and explained clearly my results and reassured me that my brain tumour was stable and the chances of it growing very much was unlikely . He answered my questions very clearly he was very well spoken and I could understand him well as I am hard of hearing.He also said I would be monitored yearly.

The surgeon full explained what happened during my operation and checked my progress. He listened to my concerns and has referred me for further tests.

Communication could have been better previously as I had to contact PAL to get this appointment as I had not heard anything for over 4 months.

CNS Charlotte and SR Grant made me feel welcome and relaxed throughout my whole procedure. They were friendly and informative and made something which I was quite worried and scared about, as pleasant as they could.
