First few days few midwifes ignore us when we press the bell.
Suggested improvements
It is better to treat everyone same when we press the bell if midwifes come with the smile it is better.

All staff have been professional, caring, patient and attentive at all times.
Suggested improvements
Outpatients who attend clinics are advised by their doctor/ consultant to use the Bay 3 toilets which one used by inpatients staying on ward patients feel this could cause cross contamination and theatre should be using other toilet away from bays.

The team showed genuine compassion and care, giving friendly smile throughout.
The consultant we saw for our second scan was outstanding. Thank you all!
Suggested improvements
Once we were told we had miscarried, we then waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes, surrounded by families and babies, for a blood test. This was very hard. Maybe a quieter or separate place would have been better.
