I was told by reception to go sit in the dr surgery waiting room not talk to anyone and wait for someone to call me even though I was there for a scan I did as commanded till I could wait no more as I had a full bladder not very nice to be treated like a little kid

Get better staff at reception who can explain nicely instead of the attitude I had to receive

Treatment was fine, once I actually got seen!

I was seen 1 hour 10 mins after my appointment time. Appreciate some cases take longer but that is way too long.
Then the lady who had later appointment than.me went in before me

Nurses were mostly amazing and most doctors were good too.
Very understaffed and so waiting times were incredibly long. Not fair on patients or the frontline staff having to put up with it.
A lot of managers navel gazing unfortunately.

Get more staff and better chairs.
