Nurses and staff very friendly and informative. Doctors were clear but I would of liked additional time for my questions to be answered although I understand how busy they are.
Suggested improvements
I had all testing done in A&E when arrived I would of liked a more detailed conversation about what they found and future notifications upon arrival to the ward- this may happen when I leave.

My mother has been visited over the past six weeks by Dam, Nicola, Holly and April. Their professionalism. Knowledgeable, communication understanding and kindness has been exceptional. My mother has looked for ward to their visits which has without a doubt contributed to both her physical and mental recovery. Dan, Nicola, Holly and April are an absolute credit to the early supported. Dishcarge team integrated therapy.

There was nothing that could have been done better. All excellent.

This ward and staff are like my another family. They treated me like that and that's why I feel it.
Will be miss them :( and I am grateful for their all support and care as I am recovering.
