This was my first time that I visited queen's Hospital I am 32wks pregnant... Had a vasovagal episode and when brought in by my husband I had a further 3 episodes.. Jodie and the team in triage were so considerate and helpful that my husband there and then said we are moving here from RLH, Jodie transferred me as late referral to queen's. I was taken to HDU where I was observed plus a further 3 days in Antenatal. I have been discharged today and I cannot thank each and every department every experience midwife doctor and student nurse.. very overwhelmed with the experience and I cannot wait to deliver my baby in the coming weeks at queens hospital maternity unit...
Except care kept fully informed
The process was efficient with no delays, The staff were friendly and caring.
In my experience I found the team very efficient and well organised whilst maintaining a caring and friendly approach.
Appointment conducted on time, and everybody involved seemed to be interested at all times.
Always good
Very good service and professional staff. Felt safe , comfortable and looked after. My doctor of that day was Ms Alina Unipan together with the assistant very good service, thank you so much!
10 hours waiting to be seen by the doctor and that’s for 76 year old woman who can not sit for so long because she had a spinal surgery a month age . She was crying.
I checked in with reception who were courteous and polite. I firstly was told to sit in a certain area which later I found out was the wrong place . I thought I heard a nurse say my name however when I went up to him he said no it wasn’t me .
So 2 hours later I checked with reception once more and they told me the Dr has discharged me back to my GP . Apparently they couldn’t find me ! When I was sat there for over 2 hours . They apologised and said I would be called in if there was a cancelled appointment, I am still waiting for that call .
I/we were treated very well from arrival to departure
