Every member of staff was kind and helpful. The only negative part was the length of time for theatre to become available. At the time of c-section delivery due to babys breech position, i was fully dilated. I understand and emphasis that this is due to staff shortages.

Everyone was very kind and informative and apologetic for delay even though you could see the pressure they were under


Try to cut waiting times but obviously difficult as you don’t know who or what aliments are coming through the door

Walked into surgery at 3.45. Receptionist was very efficient, sent my text for triage appt. Called by doctor not long after who listerned & acted my my issue. Email this morning to say medication ready at chemist.

I was treated very well by the nursing staff and when I saw the young doctor who was very helpful and pleasant, he listened to me and we spoke as if we new each other. Was very happy with everyone who dealt with me.


If it was like this every time you visited the hospital I would be very happy.
