Could not fault the quality of the service. The only very minor complaint was it could be a little noisy during the day with people coming and going, because staff could not close the ward door.

Suggested improvements
Toilet area could be cleaned a little more often as some people have a tendency to miss the WC bowl shall we say.

The doctors and nurses I encountered were professional and friendly. They were clear in their communication and explained my condition and the treatment required.

Suggested improvements
On entering Queens Hospital it is difficult trying to navigate to the clinic required. Trying to find someone to ask is near on impossible as everyone is so busy. The reception/help desk that was previously there was helpful but since it’s removal finding support on entering the hospital is difficult as someone with no impairments, I imagine people with vulnerabilities may find it much harder

I felt I was being well looked after, the nurses were excellent both friendly and caring. The ward was clean and with only four beds not overcrowded.

I was well looked after but it took all day to get to be seen by doctors had blood tests and X-ray took most of day didn’t see doctor til 4:00 pm couldn’t see my GP as told doctors are off sick told to go to 111 that’s how I landed up in hospital

Staff were good.

Was not happy when asked not to rock the cot by a staff member who was neither a midwife or a doctor. Clearly no signage indicating cots shouldn't be rocked. Please inform your staff members if they do not have a valid reason not to mention unnecessary comments to new mothers as some of us would be overwhelmed after giving birth. I would have understood if someone raised a complaint due to the noise or there was a policy to not rock any cots, but If no one raised a complaint she does not have any rights to mention about the cot. Especially when she does not have a professional capacity on the ward. Thank you

Due to obvious lack of staff there was a lack of communication between nursing staff

Maybe answer the call bells quicker at one time I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come
