Very kind people. The staff are great, they are so friendly, everyone has smile on their face including the receptionist. We were seen quicker than expected and we were able to be assessed and seen by the doctor. We all got home before bedtime. Thank you!
Maybe additional toys in the waiting area and exam room. As children gets bored so quickly.
Everything about my appointment, seen within 10 minutes, nurses polite and helpful.
Consultant was very nice and explained all I needed to know regarding hip operation and aftercare.
Pleasure to visit the hospital, all reception people were quick to deal with patients and everything was streamline.

Nothing in my eyes could be made any better
I had an amazing experience with all staff ,considering their heavy workload. I see nurse working long days and have no time for breaks and still smiling . I hope the Government will stop dilly dolling and provide more staff so nurses and doctors can do their job properly.
I don’t think you could do anymore, apart from getting more staff to enable staff to have their breaks when they should, and stop staff leaving and going abroad.
Staff were friendly. Easy to chat with. Was in and out quickly.
The toilet I went to in the department didn’t have any soap or toilet tissue.

Received fantastic care at queens hospital they were able to fit me in urgently to fix my broken calcaneus which I will be forever grateful for giving me the best chance of recovery and being able to walk again.

Speed up medication.
That is the only possible answer. Everyone that I encountered were very, very nice. 5 Star, in fact. Absolutely 1st class.

Could be better communication on ward. Was sent to discharge lounge the service was outstanding. Staff very friendly.
My experience as an inpatient in June was fantastic and I would give all Neurology Dr's and nurses 5 star's, however everytime I have tried to use your video call appointment this has not gone well. Today my consultant joined the call at 1130, my appointment time was 1040. The consultant joined the call for a few minutes and then left. He did try again but again for only a few minutes, I had called out to try and communicate with him but got no answer. I also tried to use the chat function before the call was ended and I was taken to this feed back screen. I had clearly left an alternative number to call and no call was received on this nor was there a follow up email.
This is not the first time I have had issues with the video appointment system.
Use microsoft teams or another system with a proven record - or see patients in person. I'm not entirely convinced that a neurological examination, even a follow up should be done over a video link.
