I was kept waiting for 12 hours before being diagnosed with a stroke if court earlier could have been treated sooner
Diagnosis quicker
Everyone I came into contact with were professional and helpful,
Pure wait of numbers is a problem, but I thought they had a system that worked for that department,
I was left waiting for over 15 hours, promised necessary surgery and then told to go home and that someone would ‘be in touch’
My surgery on the day it was due
45 min queue to register.
1 hour queue to have been seen by triage nurse.
10 hour queue to be seen by a doctor, once I was seen and assessed by the doctor he told me I would have to wait to see another doctor but that could be another 6 hours. I gave up and came home and still have the issue.
Have more doctors available in the A & E department
Despite being very busy I was treated respectfully by all of the staff and was kept informed of my treatment and what to expect!
Well I was satisfied with my treatment and stay in A & E so I can't think of anything else that could have been helpful!
Well where do I start I arrived at 8:30 with a broken arm I was then in a queue for 30 minutes when I got to the end of that queue I then had to wait another hour and a half almost in pretty bad pain spoiler alert I left it 3 am in the morning.
More staff I mean I was literally counting the staff leaving and then I have the doctor that was looking after me complain about how there's literally just her and there was like 55 people she had to look at and emergency care unit so it wasn't very nice of them to you know not have any sort of staff on hand
The staff were very helpful and kind to me as was the nurse!
Nothing at this time
Ever since my cancer diagnosis i hve had an amazing team.
I had chemo 8 Weeks after initial diagnosis, the sunflower suite is so lovely and your staff really look after you.
From start to finish my treatment has been so good. Thank you so much
As a cancer patient I had to go into a&e to get antibiotics. This is crazy as the sunflower suite can administer anything but antibiotics
Goi be to accident and emergency is really traumatic as you get left in a side room for hours on end. One night in majors there was just under 100 patients there which scared me due to my immune system as I was having chemo
Please make this an easier experience for someone

The nurse that treated me offered reassurance kindness and and fantastic treatment.( in between her having to break up a fight) I had my finger assessed,X-ray completed dressed and referral made to Broomfield trauma unit all within 3 hours. My care by the doctors, nurses, COPE team was excellent throughout. I commend all staff involved in my surgery and recovery which is continuing. All staff in Japonica ward King George hospital were outstanding. The care I received was second to none. Nurses from the COPE team have also been outstanding. Thank you.
I have been completely satisfied, thank you.
