Nurses to make sure the door is close when attending to patient eg a patient come in to the room to asked the nurse if she can washed her glass while the nurse was working for my vein in my hand.

Everyone was really caring, and everyone was understanding and made me aware of all that I needed t know considering this was my first operation, because of the team I had no real worries at all. I was also very happy with the food. :)

If anything, I would say to decrease the time spent in A&E.

Jenny was brilliant at explaining the safeguarding circumstances that we found ourselves in with on young daughter. Jenny really took the time to reassure us and go through what we should expect to happen. We had felt really in the dark as had been given varying information, but Jenny was careful not to raise our hopes and delivered all the facts clearly. We felt so much better after talking to her and did not feel rushed through the questions we had. An absolute star.
