Nurses very good ward. Staff very god, but doctors do not provide enough info sometimes.

Suggested improvements
Discharged at 8:30am but had to wait 7 hours for discharge papers.

Because me the son of the patient was trying to help the staff by translating for her so she don’t panic and so she understands the treatment given as it is her right to know and understand and even when I wasn’t told and asked consultant doctors nurses they said there confidential cant be shared even I had legal document and on her son.

Suggested improvements
People who don’t understand English and have a next of kin willing to help translate all they ask for is a phone call or a call from the patients phone not even ask’s to stay. They should do obviously when non {} the care on the last day was amazing. New staff entering.
