The team treated me with dignity and sensitivity and always gave me the choice.
The team was attentive and caring and very thorough.
Suggested improvements
The wait between admission into the ward and the admission of the meds was 4 hours which caused anxiety but it was no one's fault.

Everything was organised. Although the wait time was very long. I was given updates about my care which made me feel reassured.
