Two nurses were very rude especially when my son was in theatre thinking it to be ok to say “it is not as if his dying” when asked if they could find out why my son was still not back after 3 ½ hours.
Suggested improvements
Employ nurses who are compassionate and willing to care and be considerate. My son was in awful pain and wasn’t given his pain relief. From 9pm to when he saw a doctor the next morning. The doctor was fuming.

Nurses very kind and I am grateful - only problem was getting answers about my condition from doctors - never did receive diagnosis.
Suggested improvements
Find out what infection and diseases I have from ENT doctors. But I understand they are very busy and they have saved my life - thank you.
