All staff are helpful and apologetic however today was the third time that we have attended and there has been a complication with the appointment. Twice previously see have be turned away.
Suggested improvements
If an appointment is cancelled or changed why do you not telephone the patient. This appointment was cancelled 6 days ago but so far I have received no communication from you to advice me.
