Waiting times are always the problem but is a fine time between waiting and getting the care, understanding and information.

Have always had good care since this hospital was built only thing is waiting times but with the amount of patients I know this is difficult to get any better.

Good explanation.
Friendly staff.
If notes/seeing someone could be ordered by time of arrival (when everyone has the same time) so feel fair and not people arriving later go in before.
