Excellent communication my husband and I were informed about everything that was going to happen. Alice looked after me very well, lovely lady credit to the nursing team. She also looked after my husband. Everyone was very happy and cheery which makes it easier when you need treatment.

The thing that's good is that the service is free and you do get help in the end.
What's bad is the time people have to wait and the lack of information you get while waiting.
