The staff were extremely welcoming. I am in extreme pain and they made me feel at ease, I like that they involve you in all that they are doing to you. :-).
The snack box was wonderful this is the best idea ever. Just what I needed. :-).

Brilliant care seen, friendly and helpful staff. However, waiting time is insane. 1.5 hour wait to take blood and urine of six people doesn't seem logical.

My nurse seems to know everything about the care, she's presented. She is able to give me statistics and informative insight allowing me to understand what I am dealing with and making me feel more relaxed and reassured.
She's welcoming and pleasant and also very understanding. I feel no judgement on her part. She is very professional.
Also I want to mention the first nurse to give me an absolutely painless blood test :-) lol. I was seen by Jill.

Very late with my appointment.
