Nursing staff and reception staff friendly and efficient.
I am meant to have six monthly appointments to review my condition but have not had an appointment in over a year.
Feel unsupported maintaining appointments needs to be improved and waiting times.
I have had many cancellations, and is hard to keep track on my condition.
40 min wait for my appointment.

Barbara and Hilary were excellent and went above and beyond making sure my daughter was OK few her appointment. Dr Ahmed, as always, a legend! :-)

Car parking facilities need to be improved. The queue was back to the traffic lights. This is unacceptable I was extremely late for my child's hospital appointment.
