Review of Ambulatory Care Unit (ACU)

I came into hospital thinking I might be having a heart attack.
The ambulance man was excellent and very thorough.
It was explained to me that I would have a series of investigations to try to eliminate different possibilities.
Although all this took time I knew why I was waiting each time.
I was looked after by 1 nurse all the time which I found reassuring.

Although told to bring ID i.e passport and utility bill once again.
Was not asked to produce it.
This should be mandatory for everyone!
No exceptions.
