I came into hospital thinking I might be having a heart attack. The ambulance man was excellent and very thorough. It was explained to me that I would have a series of investigations to try to eliminate different possibilities. Although all this took time I knew why I was waiting each time. I was looked after by 1 nurse all the time which I found reassuring.
