Everything was good about my care.
Hurrah for the NHS despite it's immense workload.
Waiting for my OP was hard would have been helpful to have an estimated time.

All the staff have been so friendly and helpful.
Had to wait till 2 am to be told by a doctor the outcome of the surgery which was frustrating.

The treatment has been excellent from surgeons, nurses and general staff.
It's been like being in a 5 star hotel. Couldn't have asked for better.

The whole stay was a great experience, staff was great and supportive, helpful.
Need to improve on.
Cooler rooms, rooms were kept really hot and stuffy and unable to open window.
2 occasions medication was not prescribed, (Iron, Levothyroxine) which I had to remind on both occasions but still wasn't able to take.
Staff needs to be more approachable.
