The whole stay was a great experience, staff was great and supportive, helpful.
Need to improve on.
Cooler rooms, rooms were kept really hot and stuffy and unable to open window.
2 occasions medication was not prescribed, (Iron, Levothyroxine) which I had to remind on both occasions but still wasn't able to take.
Staff needs to be more approachable.
