I received excellent care in Dermatology both with the details of the problem and the procedure to remove my BCC. The staff were both kind and reassuring.
It was a very very good experience for me being in hospital the first time ever for any sort of procedure. It's 5 stars all round from me! Thank You.
A superb hospital with great caring staff.
Friendly and helpful with useful information
Northwick Park (Harrow) is the most worst hospital in the world, full of unimaginative people who do only the bare minimum required. Corridors and wards are always freezing cold, not enough heat throughout the winter, buildings and radiators are peeling paint (maintenance hasn't been kept up since the hospital was constructed in the 1970s), patients do not always get what they want for breakfast / lunch / dinner, the layout of the hospital is chaotic, disorganised and shamblic, patients sometimes don't get any food at all when they return to the wards, and the hospital is a big boxy eyesore, designed by very average + unimaginative architects, not a hospital fit for purpose for the 21st Century.
considering the current pressure the hospitals face in UK I think all parts of care at this hospital coped very well. It opened my eyes to how calm and humble the staff are in the face of having to deal some real idiots and ungrateful patients.
Great support, care, professionalism and attitude
All the staff doctors, nurses were fantastic! especially nurse Wendy who never stopped, we were very well looked after. I was very nervous going into theatre but was put at ease and had the best outcome. A fantastic! team.
Great and supportive staff
Ryan was thorough and listened to what I had to say absolutely no issues whatsoever. Very happy with outcome.
