All your nursing staff are very professional and attentive.
Your receptionist are very welcoming and remember patients names.
But your nursing hero is Atith who is always so cheerful and helpful. He is brightens my visits!
Being picky:
The WiFi could use a boast as it frequently cuts out and intercepts which helps pass the time.

we had one of the most efficient and thoughtful nurses we have ever encountered, and are very thankful to her specifically. Obviously waiting time were a big negative. we have been in A&E for 6 and 1/2 hours and still have no idea what the problem is with mum. Not all staff were as efficient, with someone wanting to repeat tests we had already had.

Treatment in the ward is always efficient and caring. The atmosphere invariably welcoming. Any time I have had to phone the ward I have had my problems promptly and dealt with.
