There were staff that were very helpful but 1-2 staff that I felt lack compassion. Even your were telling them something. The response is not understanding what the patient meant. Instead, they were insisting their own opinion, by the book.
Suggested improvements
They should actually 'listen' to what patient was telling them. As some of it. Like for me, I actually { } first doing breastdeeding topping up change position and everything before asking for help.
