More flexibility with visiting times, particularly if visitors are quiet, or if other patients do not object.

Everybody was so kind and caring and offered encouragement all of the time.
The decor of the building is very sad.
The only thing I would moan about is lack of laundry especially on a Monday towels and pillows cases.
