I have had two knee replacements at North Downs and both experiences have been very positive. The nursing staff was very caring and friendly and made me feel comfortable during both my stays.

I recently had Lens Replacement Surgery at North Downs Hospital as I had cataracts in both eyes and my eyesight had been getting worse over the years. Dr Saj Khan carried out this procedure and I am delighted with the result. I no longer have to wear my spectacles constantly and it has really improved my life.
Dr Khan explained the procedure to me beforehand and I had complete confidence in him. The operation was completely painless and although I had been very nervous beforehand I needn't have worried at all.
I highly recommend Dr Khan, he is a very patient and experienced surgeon

The physiotherapist made me feel rushed and the discharging nurse gave no information, so discharge was not clear and poor. Despite that everyone else was caring, kind and attentive.

I have had a few follow up appointments and X Rays at this hospital for my broken foot. I would really recommend this hospital. The staff are very friendly and it is kept to a very high standard, particularly in regards to being Covid safe.

I have had two operations at North Downs Hospital and on both occasions the staff were welcoming and considerate. They went out of their way to ensure I felt at ease at all times.
The Hospital itself feels comfortable and spotlessly clean and the care I was given was outstanding.
I would recommend this Hospital to anyone considering surgery.
