I have had two operations at North Downs Hospital and on both occasions the staff were welcoming and considerate. They went out of their way to ensure I felt at ease at all times.
The Hospital itself feels comfortable and spotlessly clean and the care I was given was outstanding.
I would recommend this Hospital to anyone considering surgery.

I have been an inpatient and also a day patient and found no issues to speak of.

Been to the hospital several times for surgery. Can’t fault the care and attention given to me. Would definitely recommend this hospital.

The staff were brilliant- thank you all. During my treatment I was always made to feel like a private patient paying for treatment.

Don't be put off by the exterior of the building, which is austere. Inside is scrupulously clean. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. All in all a most satisfactory experience.

I have recently undergone a hernia operation at North a Downs hospital. From initial consultation/diagnosis my whole experience has been positive.
My treatment as an out patient has been efficient and caring.
The staff and care has been top rate and the administrative side has been straight forward and prompt.
Would highly recommend .
