Knowing that if there was a problem, or if a loved one was in pain, help was only a phone call away and someone would give or come out quickly to resolve it or offer reassurance to those family members looking after them. Having a regular team of carers and the professionals available to help and support the family and the patient in their own home was an added bonus. However, how the care and treatment is first introduced can be a bit daunting and obtrusive until any changes in the household routine becomes more acceptable.

I really don't think anything needed to be improved. Everybody is so kind and helpful and are always there you need them.

The hospice sitters that my mum had were the most kind and caring people. Thank you for all that you did for her. She was able to die peacefully at home where she wanted to be.

As a son of Lesley Jefferies all I can do is say thank you for such fantastic care you gave my beautiful brave mum. As for improvements there is nothing more that needs doing. I am utterly amazed, grateful and glad my mum chose such a beautiful, caring place to end.

There is no improvement needed. You are al warm hearted and strong willed people and I can never express just how much that means, my mum is in a safe and loved environment. She would be very pleased and gratefull to ya all for everything. Thank you again. Drew.
