It was a lovely day as usual. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always listen to you and are very positive.

All of your staff were amazingly kind, caring patient, empathetic ladies, who should wonderful skills towards all care provided we were so fortunate to have there fabulous ladies in the past few weeks. Thank you everyone we are truly grateful.

I cannot imagine what you could have done better. All staff excellent themselves each and every time. We felt privileged to have met each and everyone of those fantastic caring ladies.

If we could give you a 6 if we would. All the staff have gone above and beyond to care for our mum and us. You have made a very difficult time more bearable for us. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity.

What is extremely good is having a wonderful councillor Charlie. Also having Mandy as my therapist who is wonderful.
Suggested improvements
The huge negative for me is the staff reception and canteen noise. They are friendly but so loud.
