The services and support outlined by my father's community nurse was never available. No home visits, no home care and ultimately, no hospice bed in the final days.

Suggested improvements
Made it 100%, clear that hospice beds are not available. Made it 100% clear that home visits and support are not an option, Not make promises you cannot keep.

As always it was a real treat to spend time at the LongHouse. Food, company and treatments all excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The lunch was very nice, there was plenty of choice.
