If we could give you a 6 if we would. All the staff have gone above and beyond to care for our mum and us. You have made a very difficult time more bearable for us. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity.

More guidance given on signing in and signing on first visits. Nit picking though!

What is extremely good is having a wonderful councillor Charlie. Also having Mandy as my therapist who is wonderful.
Suggested improvements
The huge negative for me is the staff reception and canteen noise. They are friendly but so loud.

Its no cheery and de-stressing as you walk in, it is lovely and we can have a good chat and a laugh.
