Andrew was friendly and welcoming. He listened quietly to everything which I said. He did not interupt me at all. When I had finished talking he save his opinion and the situation. He asked my opinion on everything he said and included me ine everything he did for suggested. He spoke openly and honestly he was very knowledgeable and informative. I was very impressed by my visit to NAMS.

Suggested improvements
Nothing was apprehensive about my visit to NAMS it was the first tim that I had been to see them. Over the years I have seen other stoma nurses both at home and at the hospital and I had nevr been very impressed. This time I was very impressed. I did not feel 'talked down to'. I felt involved in my care.

This was my first visit to see a stoma nurse in the five years since having my stoma and I found it a very worthwhile experience. She listened to my problems and offered good advice and tips for me to try to help manage my stoma. The nurse was kind and supportive and I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I don't think anything could have been better, I am very pleased with how my visit to kings mill hospital went.

I telephone Nams once a moth. The phone connection is always very kind and caring. They always make sure I would have all That I need or if I have problem with my stoma. They make me feel that I am well looked after. I am happy about it. Always make me smiles at the end of the conversation.

Suggested improvements
I am happy with the service as I would get my order the next day. I think it is difficult to get better than that.
