From the time I entered and left the building I was made to feel so at ease by the lovely nurse I saw in clinic today only I can't remember her name. Every thing was explained to me as we went along and my questions answered.

The onky drawback in examination room was the height of self for changing stoma bag it was not practical could do with being movable to height person
