I always feel carefully looked after. The system is very well,
managed - I appreciate the reminders, text and the administrator's organisation.
The nurse and doctor take the time to read my notes carefully and reflect on the bigger picture.
They are not in a hurry to dismiss you and listen with great concern and thoughtfulness to my description of my health situation. The people here are all wonderful, sensitive, committed and much valued.

Excellent care.
Nurse listened to me and let me express my concerns and views.
Nurse also answered my questions and I understood my treatment better.
