I always feel carefully looked after. The system is very well, managed - I appreciate the reminders, text and the administrator's organisation. The nurse and doctor take the time to read my notes carefully and reflect on the bigger picture. They are not in a hurry to dismiss you and listen with great concern and thoughtfulness to my description of my health situation. The people here are all wonderful, sensitive, committed and much valued.
