They were all very helpful. The only thing was I had to wait for ages. I am diabetic and hadn't had anything to eat or drink since breakfast

I was not seen by my consultant as planned and was. Registrar who laughed at me for crying and I was told she didn't have access to my referral and had no idea why I was there I was there as I'd been told by rapid diagnostic clinic consultant that I needed a 2 week referral based on my ultrasound findings I feel totally humiliated the way she laughed at me and didn't listen when j was trying to say I I was here from scan findings she said there was nothing here and then said to me well your 47 years old when I ahd to correct her I'm 38 I don't think she even knew who I was

If people are at hospital for an urgent referral from inside rhe hospital to see a consultant they should be seen by a doctor that has knowledge of the referral at least What a waste of time

I had great service didn’t have to wait long an the senior nurse who I saw was fantastic explained my care plan very well so that I u derstand it

The waiting time was totally unacceptable! I was told 2hrs and staying the whole night! I couldn’t even leave when I got tired of waiting because they put one of those blood collector things in my arm!!! So I had to sit and wait- 12 hrs in A&E to be told that I was fine!!!! I arrived at 7pm and don’t leave till 7am the next morning! Absolutely ridiculous!

My bloods were taken around 9pm! And I didn’t get the results till 6:50am the next day! Absolutely unbelievable! And the worst part is that- Had I got the results sooner I would have been able to go home! But I waited a whole night just to be told that everything was OK with me!

Nurses were great very helpful and kind. But doctors were hard to reach. They were nice but never got back to me obkt after 12 hours. Then a day after. They said they were do a lot of thing about never followed up and had to constantly ask when doctor could see us.

Got shifted 4 times ti different wards. Which was stressful. The nurses especially in beech ward were excellent. The others were great too. Close attention was paid to having cleaning sheets and meals were very good.

All the staff at king georges give great care to the patients and treats you as a individual with care and compassion

Maybe not to leave patients sitting for 2 or 3 hours before being assessed by a doctor. You see i had to leave before being assessed by a doctor as i didnt want to miss the last bus home. When i asked why was the delay they said your blood tests hadnt come back. That was 2 hours after being taken. I waited another hour, then left for the bus home

It’s hard that staff come and go between you and other patients, without always explaining what they are doing and/or how long you will need to wait to be told further information. Sometimes knowledge was assumed and so explanations were not always completely clear. When leaving, I wasn’t given much guidance on how I should be going forwards. So, given that I’d broken my nose, was I able to exercise, blow my nose etc.

There could be slightly more clarity on the pathway of care, what you need to do a next, how long you should expect to be waiting between appointments

The doctors were amazing. Dr Ayo and the other consultants were amazing.

A shorter wait at the emergency would be great.
