Been waiting around 6+ hours before I got to see surgeon but when I did they was swift and effective, waiting times of my only gripe.

Just faster service really, last time I was here with a head injury I waited 23 hours.

I am I week pregnant and have had to wait nearly 6 hours to have an access removed, while in excruciating pain.

Reduce waiting time. Inform of outcomes rather than having to keep requesting information from reception staff.

My husband was seen quickly but we are waiting to see a doctor. Arrived at 3:45 pm and time now is 9:50 pm and still not received results.

Given the results quicker and seen doctor as my husband is in pain.

Staff and nurses were excellent. Doctors must read patients history before making decisions.
