Arrived in urgent care and seen within 10-15 minutes did assessment and sent to A+E, within less than an hour called to be taken for blood test, ECG. I was very impressed. The best part was having a hot cup of tea.

While waiting no one updated us on how long we have to wait to see doctor to be assessed, I asked the receptionist about waiting time said he does not know.

Arrived in A&E at 11 am its I am in the morning and no decision relayed about whether patient will be admitted etc- no doctors available have to ask for updates.

Every staff member you see throughout A&E majors having to repeat history, reason for attendance or numerous occasions- on a separate note- HCA’s portending staff have provided excellent care.
