All staff were polite and helpful and there was a god atmosphere on the ward that made for a comfortable stay.

My only problem was I did not know how long I would be waiting to go to theatre. It was 6 pm when I went and I was worried operation would be cancelled. Reassurance would have helped.

All the staff are friendly and treat you with care.

My surgery was only late afternoon. I arrived at 7:30 am. Perhaps late surgery should allow. Mid-day arrival instead so that you are not waiting at day unnecessarily.

Had a bad experience in another department (not surgical) which caused a long delay in my treatment. My experience here has been a really positive experience, thank you to all staff on Erica ward and theatres.

Lovely staff professional friendly and totally changed all my concerns. I cannot say more. Thank you a really good experience.

All the nurses staff were caring and efficient they cared for me so well and I am so great they were there.

I was unable to eat the food but I am very busy! Other people were fine.
