Came on Wednesday and got sent home and had to come back as got worse.
Suggested improvements
Done ultrasound as last time I had to have surgery.

The staff are excellent but the wait time is too long. Staff are exhausted and they would do with extra hands to help their and get adequate breaks.
Suggested improvements
This is the second time in a week I have brought mum in both times same issue with staff shortage they are all doing a great job but need extra breaks.

I am head patient should have seen me urgently.

Got seen in a reasonable time and doctor and staff were sympathetic.

* Staffs do not care. They are used to patients waiting for hours so for them you are just a number.
* Samitha George says the normal waiting time is 12 hours.
Suggested improvements
- Employ mom doctors.
- Extremely bad services.

Because I have been waiting for 6 hours I am pain, still no care.

I think you need more staff to cut shown the waiting time.
