All round good service - pleasant staff - nice clean surroundings. Nurse sensitive to my request to see her up while talking (I have slight hearing problem and lip read).

Cynthia has given me confidence as she has been extremely thorough and very nice throughout the per-operation assessment thanks to Shelley for doing my tests so thoroughly and gently for my last minute allergy test.
Suggested improvements
I think although it is hot, I would rather feel warm them cold in a hospital so I don't think there is anything you can improve on.
