Cynthia has given me confidence as she has been extremely thorough and very nice throughout the per-operation assessment thanks to Shelley for doing my tests so thoroughly and gently for my last minute allergy test.
Suggested improvements
I think although it is hot, I would rather feel warm them cold in a hospital so I don't think there is anything you can improve on.
