Please tell me, if gaur in pain (acate) and need pain relief.
Why can't they give it to you so that you can wait 5 hours pain free. 1 doctor in A and E people behind desk think it's funny if people complain what a joke.

Nothing good, better close down and let people die. Came with kid, 7 months old, with low TCM and diarrhoea and this staff here's like "who cares" pathetic.

No wonder people complain! How does the 3 queue system want exactly? How can this be the most effective system at urgent care when time wasters sitting eating crisps and laughing and joking are seen before a teenager with acute pain caused by wisdom tooth infection. Waiting for 5 hours with a face so swollen it looks like a tennis ball is disgraceful!
