No wonder people complain! How does the 3 queue system want exactly? How can this be the most effective system at urgent care when time wasters sitting eating crisps and laughing and joking are seen before a teenager with acute pain caused by wisdom tooth infection. Waiting for 5 hours with a face so swollen it looks like a tennis ball is disgraceful!
