Mr Masood knew what medication was required and prescribed it. It was effective. No problems. What could be improved is directing patients to reception to register in. Waiting times should be improved. Cancellation of appointments happens too often. The initial hospital appointment takes far, far too long!

I was admitted to King Georges Hospital, Emergency ward.
Once on the ward I found the staff especially Arnel, all pleasant and very helpful.
I would recommend the hospital to all.

Unacceptable waiting times.
Nurse was double booked for all appointments!
New chairs are awful.
No support for back - so left with more pain than I arrived with :-).
