I was in foxglove ward and was treated very well by all staff, good bedside manor, calm and interacted with patients even when I see some patients who were extremely difficult, enjoyed my stay and food was nice aswell.

Because the waiting time was very poor the nurses was ok but doctors took there time to see me.

Day n night staff were very good n caring.
Elena the cleaning person was very nice n paid attention to detail.

Care of service by catering people. They need to have more empathy towards patients and speak clearly when communicating.
Need to cater for lactose intolerant patients and plant based milk like Coconut, soya, almond or oat.

The doctor was rushed just didn’t have the time to explain things properly, you wait for weeks for the appointment then get five minutes

Lower the overall wait time for an appointment , the time waiting in outpatients, is also to long
