HCA- Beadle chiguedere was compassionate, caring, present, listened and made me feel valued.
Sister shade- was approachable, friendly, resourceful and good leader.

Suggested improvements
Employ more staff to support the good ones otherwise you will burden them with more pain and take away their shine. Invest in resources and staffs wellbeing.
